缬沙坦/氢氯噻嗪治疗轻、中度原发性高血压患者疗效和安全性

摘　　要：目的:评价缬沙坦/氢氯噻嗪治疗经单用缬沙坦控制不良的轻、中度原发性高血压患者疗效和安全性。方法:选择我院收治的100例经单用缬沙坦控制不良的轻、中度原发性高血压患者的临床资料,其中,观察组患者50例采用缬沙坦/氢氯噻嗪进行治疗,而对照组50例患者采用缬沙坦进行治疗,比较两组患者治疗的有效性和安全性。结果:治疗后,观察组患者的总有效率为92.00%,明显高于对照组患者,且差异具有明显统计学意义(P<0.05),而且,观察组患者的收缩压和舒张压的改善程度均明显优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论:采用缬沙坦/氢氯噻嗪复方制剂治疗轻、中度原发性高血压患者具有十分显著的疗效,其安全可靠,无明显不良反应发生,值得临床广泛推广和应用。Objective：To evaluate the efficacy and safety of valsartan/Hydrochloroth-Iazide in treatment of mild to moderate essential hypertension.Methods：100 cases in our hospital with mild to moderate essential hypertension were divided into two groups,including the observation group of 50 patients were treated with valsartan/hydrochlorothiazide treatment,while the control group of 50 patients were treated with valsartan treatment,and the efficacy and safety of two groups were compared. Results：After treatment,the group of patients with total effective rate 92.00%,significantly higher than the patient,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）,but also to observe the group of patients with systolic and diastolic improvement patients were significantly better than the control group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Valsartan/Hydrochlorothiazide in treatment of mild to moderate essential hypertension has a very significant effect,and it is worthy of clinical and applied widely.
