舒适护理模式在老年患者腹部手术后的应用

摘　　要：目的:将舒适护理模式应用于腹部手术后老年患者的护理中,评价腹部手术后患者舒适度。方法:采用问卷法,对178例手术后老年腹部手术后患者进行调查,应用舒适护理模式理论,采取相应护理干预措施,按不舒适、比较舒适、舒适三个程度,进行统计分析。结果:两组舒适度比较,有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:舒适护理模式理论贯穿于临床护理中,能够提高腹部手术后老年患者的舒适度,减轻病痛,促进康复。Objective：To apply Comfort care model in the attendance of elderly patients after abdominal surgery,and to evaluate after abdominal surgery patient comfort.Methods：Use questionnaire method which 178 cases of post-operative elderly patients were investigated after abdominal surgery,applying comfortable nursing model theory,taking appropriate care interventions,and analysising by not comfortable,more comfortable,cozy three levels.Results：There are significant differences （P〈0.05） between two groups of comfort.Conclusion：Comfort care model theory go through the clinical care.It can improve elderly patient after abdominal surgery comfort, reduce pain and promote recovery.
