化瘀通络健盘贴的质量标准研究

摘　　要：目的制定化瘀通络健盘贴的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱（TLC）法对处方中乳香、没药和血竭进行定性鉴别；采用高效液相色谱（HPLC）法对血竭中的血竭素进行含量测定。结果薄层色谱专属性强、斑点清晰、分离度好；血竭素进样量在0．130～0．455ug范围内具有良好线性关系，回归方程为：Y=5557853187X-49712，r=0．9997；加样回收率平均值为98．49％，RSD为1．61％（n=6）。结论该方法简便、检测灵敏度高、重现性好，可用于化瘀通络健盘贴的质量控制。Objective To formulate Huayu Tongluo Jianpan Stickers to the quality control stan-dards. Methods To use thin layer chromatography to identify the Frankincense, Myrrh and Dragon＇s blood. Use high performance liquid chromatography method for the determination of dr-acorhodin content. Results The TLC is a feasible method with strong specificity, TLC spots were clear and good separation;Dracorhodinin 0.130-0.455 gg has a good linear relationship. The regression equation is Y=6E＋09X-49712, r =0.9997. Average sample recovery rate was 98.49%, RSD was 1.61%（n=6）.Conclusion The method is simple, high detection sensitivity,good reproducibility,and can be used for quality control of Huayu Tongluo Jianpan Stickers.
