摘 要:目的:通过对我院左氧氟沙星在临床应用过程中产生ADR的病例进行分析,以期为左氧氟沙星的临床安全合理用药提供参考.方法:以我院2010—2014年间涉及左氧氟沙星不良反应的病例为第一手资料,对左氧氟沙星引起的不良反应病例以年龄、性别、给药途径、涉及的主要器官、对原患疾病的影响等方面进行统计分析.结果:女性患者多于男性患者,年龄越大,发生概率越高;注射滴注是引起ADR最多的给药途径,ADR涉及的系统以皮肤及其附属系统最多;一般ADR对原患疾病的影响不明显等.结论:加强对左氧氟沙星ADR的认识,合理使用左氧氟沙星,尽量减少ADR的发生.AIM: Through the analysis of levofloxacin ADR ca ses arising in the clinical application process in our hospital to provide reference for clinical drug safety about levofloxacin. METHODS: We take between 2010 -2014 involving levofloxa cin adverse reactions in our hospital as first-hand information, from age, sex, route of administration, the main behavior in clini- cal, the impact to the original illness to add up and analyze ad verse reactions caused by levnfloxacin. RESULTS: Female pa tients are more than male patients, the greater the age, the higher the probability of occurrence; injection drip route of administration that caused by a maximum of ADR, the skin and its subsid iaries involved in ADR system are the most; in general ADR is not obviously Influence to the original illness. CONCLUSION: Raising awareness about ADR caused by levofloxaein, rational u sing of levofloxacin, minimizing the incidence of ADR.
