摘　　要：图书馆文化塑造是一个循环往复 ,不断提高的过程 ,其步骤包括基础调研、目标设计、指导实践、完善提高四个环节 ,而创立图书馆文化礼仪 ,塑造图书馆文化楷模 。The modeling of the library culture is a spirally progressing procedure,which includes four stages: survey, objective design,guidance of practice and improvement. Adopting acceptable protocols, establishing fit examples and creating good environments constitute the main contents of the library culture.
