摘　　要：倾销的认定是反倾销法实体规则的一个重要问题。WTO的反倾销法律与欧美的相关制度基本上是一致的 ,我国应借鉴欧美经验 ,并在遵循国际协约的基础上 ,立足本国国情 ,恰当地把握国际协议中心的“弹性条款”。The difinition of dumping is an important issue in the substantive rules in the antidumping law. This paper compares the antidumping law of WTO with the related rules of EU and US so as to clarify their advantages and disadvantages and put forward some proposals of perfecting the antidumping legislation in China.
