摘　　要：目的:筛选公认的原发性高血压肝火上炎证量化指标,为其证候客观化的建立提供依据。方法:通过系统的古今文献整理和大样本的临床回顾性调查,建立证候备选条目池,编制原发性高血压肝火上炎证诊断量表入选条目专家咨询表,向全国范围内的30位专家发放问卷调查。结果:收回有效问卷30份,专家积极系数为100%,专家对问卷指标的意见集中程度和协调程度较高。结论:急躁易怒、脉弦、目赤、面红、头痛、舌质红、头胀、口苦、头晕、舌苔黄10个条目均数超过平均算数均数1.8、满分率>0.5,且变异系数<0.25,提示为主要症状条目。Objective：To explore quantitative indexes of essential hypertension（EH） with liver fire flaming upward pattern and provide basis for establishing objective syndrome. Methods：According to the summary of ancient and modern literatures and clinical retrospective survey,to build syndrome item pool,and work out expert questionnaire of selected items for EH with liver fire flaming upward pattern. The questionnaires were sent to 30 experts in Beijing,Jiangsu and Shandong Provinces. Results：Total 30 effective question- naires were received. Experts positive coefficient was 100%. The concentration degree and coordination de- gree of indexes views were in high degree. Conclusion：Ten items such as irritability,string pulse,red eyes, red face,headach,red tongue,head swelling,bitter mouth,dizziness,yellow fur,are higher than the arithmetic average 1.8,with full marks rate〉0.5 and variation EH with liver fire flaming upward pattern. coefficient〈0.25.
