针灸治疗便秘取穴规律文献分析

摘　　要：目的：通过文献研究分析针灸治疗便秘的取穴规律。方法：检索1911年1月1日～2013年3月31日中国知网针灸治疗便秘的临床文献，对纳入文献相关穴位的使用频次及归经情况进行统计分析。结果：纳入的240篇文献中，针灸治疗便秘涉及13条经脉的72个穴位，以膀胱经、胃经、任脉居多，其中只有天枢、足三里、大肠俞等10个穴位的使用频次超过10％。结论：目前针灸治疗便秘最常使用的穴位多数分布在与支配胃肠相同或相近的神经节段支配区内。Objective ：To explore the acupoint rules of acupuncture in treating constipation by analyzing the literatures. Methods：Selecting the articles（from 1911 Jan.1 to 2013 Mar.31） of constipation treated by acup- uncture and moxibustion from China National Knowledge Infrastructure（CNKI）,and analyzing the points used in the articles by statistical methods. Results：In the 240 articles,there were 72 acupoints belonging to 13 different meridians,the main meridians were bladder meridian,stomach meridian and Ren channel. However, only 10 points were used more than 10~/0,such as Tianshu（ST25）,Zusanli（ST36）,Daehangshu（BL25）. Con- clusion ：The commonly used acupoints are mostly located in the identical or similar ganglion distribution ar- eas gastrointestines in distribution areas.
