摘　　要：目的:建立蒙成药小儿清肺八味丸中胆红素的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法。色谱柱为Kromasil C_(18)柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为甲醇-三氟甲烷-1%磷酸溶液(70:27:3);检测波长:450 nm;流速:1.0 ml·min^(-1)。结果:胆红素色谱峰峰形好,分离度符合要求,胆红素在1.0~30.0μg·ml^(-1)范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 4),平均加样回收率为101.1%,RSD为1.28%。结论:该方法简便、灵敏、准确、重复性好,可作为蒙成药小儿清肺八味丸中胆红素的含量测定方法。Objective ： To establish a method for the determination of bilirubin in Xiaoer Qingfei Bawei pills. Methods： The con- tent of bilirubin was determined by HPLC. A Kromasil C18 column （250 mm ×4.6 mm,5μm） was used. The mobile phase was meth- anol-chloroform-1% phosphoric acid （70： 27： 3）. The flow rate was 1.0 ml· min-1, and the detection wavelength was at 450nm. Re- suits： A good linearity of bilirubin was within the range of 1.0-30.0 μg · ml -1 （ r =0.999 4）. The average recovery was 101.1% and RSD was 1. 28%. Conclusion： The method is simple, sensitive and accurate with good reproducibility, which can be used in the de- termination of bilirubin in Xiaoer Qingfei Bawei pills.
