摘  要:发电机中的转子槽楔是旋转体中相对薄弱的环节,由于转子绕组槽楔设计不合理或强度不足而导致的发电机转子绕组甩出铁芯槽的事故在国内外大型远洋船舶中经常发生。针对此问题对该发电机转子绕组槽楔结构强度进行可靠设计和精确计算、分析计算结果,最终总结出合理的设计安全系数,为相关计算提供可靠依据。Structure of large steam turbine generator rotor is complex. Its structure design and calculation is difficult. The me-chanical strength of the rotor directly affects the normal and stable operation unit. Rotor of synchronous ac generator winding will produce a great centrifugal force which slot wedge have played an important role in the fixed winding under high rota-tion speed. After a long practice, rotor slot wedge of the generator is relatively weak link in the body of revolution. Due to reasonable design of rotor winding slot wedge and insufficient strength which caused accidents of generator rotor winding to jilt core slot often occurred in large ocean-going vessels at home and abroad. Aimed at the these problems, the paper was designed and calculated generator rotor winding slot wedge structure strength reliability, analysis and calculation results and fi-nally summed up the reasonable design safety coefficient, which provided reliable basis for related calculation.
