摘　　要：中国第三方医学检验机构的发展处于初级阶段，但随着医改的深入，其发展势头迅猛，正在成为医疗市场的重要组成部分。该文从国外医学独立实验室的出现和发展、中国第三方医学检验机构的发展现状、服务模式、存在的意义及发展过程中应注意的问题等五方面进行分析，认为其能有效地优化医疗资源、降低医疗成本、提高医疗服务质量。并对其发展前景做出预期和展望：未来中国第三方医学检验市场潜力巨大。Chinese Independent Clinical Laboratory is still at the primary stage. Following the in-depth development of the na- tional medical and health systems reform,the industry grows rapidly,which is playing a more important role in the medical market. The Independent Clinical Laboratory is analyzed from five aspects：the appearance and development in foreign coun- tries, the condition in China, the service pattern, the significance and the matters needing attention. Concluding that Chinese Independent Clinical Laboratory contributes greatly to optimizing health resources, reducing healthcare costs,improving the medical service quality and has huge potential in the future medical market.
