摘 要:目的建立盐酸万古霉素在健康人体的药代快速分析方法。方法20名中国健康受试者,男女各半,分别给予盐酸万古霉素1.0g静脉滴注,用HPLC法测定血药浓度;用DAS2.1.1药代动力学程序计算药代动力学参数。结果盐酸万古霉素的主要药代动力学参数:Cmax为(52.16±4.21)mg/L;t/2β为(3.255±0.27)h;AUC0-∞为(148.116±18.25)h·mg/L;AUC。为(133.8±20.13)h·mg/L。结论该方法适合快速分析的盐酸万古霉素药代动力学HPLC方法。Objective To investigate and analysis the pharmaeokineties of vancomycin hydrochloride in Chinese healthy volun- teers. Methods Twenty healthy volunteers (ten males and ten females) were administered with vancomycin hydroehloride 1.0 g intravenously. The concentrtions of vancomyein hydroehloride in plasma were determined by HPLC and DAS 2.1.1 was used to calculate the pharmacokinetic parameters. Results The main pharmacokinetic parameters of vaneomycin hydro- chloride were as follows: C were (52.16±4.21) mg/L,L/2βwere (3. 255±0.27) h,AUC0-∞ were (148. 116±18.25) h · mg/L,AUC0t were (133.8±20.13) h · mg/L. Conclusion This method is suitable for a fast pharmacokinetics HPLC anal- ysis of Vancomycin hydrochloride in Chinese healthy volunteers.
