摘  要:目的评价血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平在早期预防冠心病(CHD)发生的诊断价值。方法选择240例冠心病患者作为实验组和210例健康人作为对照组,分别检测血清Hcy含量,比较分析实验组与对照组,实验组中不同年龄、不同性别的Hcy含量的水平差异,评价Hcy在早期预防冠心病发生中的临床应用。结果实验组血清Hcy水平(20.1士7.9μmol/L)高于对照组(13.1±3.6μmol/L);实验组中60岁以上人员血清Hcy水平(20.5±7.8/μmol/L)高于60岁以下人员(17.9±8.6μmol/L),男性人员血清Hcy水平(20.5±8.Sμmol/L)高于女性人员(17.8士6.7μmol/L),各组间差异具有统计学显著性意义(t=11.81,2.543,2.697,P均〈0.01)。结论高Hcy血症是冠心病发生的高危因素,尤其是老年男性,定期监测血清Hcy水平并进行干预,对冠心病的早期预防具有较好的指导意义。Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of serum homocysteine (Hcy) levels in the early prevention of coronary heart disease (CHD). Methods Serum Hcy levels were detected in 240 patients with coronary heart disease and 210 healthy adults. The results were annalysed by comparing the experimental group with the control group, the different ages group with different gender group. Results The serum Hcy levels in experimental group (20.1 ±7.9 /μmol/L) was higher than control group (13.1±3.6 μmol/L),less than 60 years old group (20.5±7.8 μmol/L) was higher than more than 60 years old group (17.9±8.6 μmol/L) ,male group (20.5±8.5μmol/L) was higher than female group (17.8±6.7 μmol/L). The difference between the groups was statistically significant (t = 11.81,2. 543,2. 697, P〈0.01 ). Conclusion High Hcy hy perlipidemia were risk factors for coronary heart disease, especially in older men. Therefore,it is very important for the reg- ular monitoring of serum Hey levels and intervention in early preventing coronary heart disease.
