不同内固定方法治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折的临床价值分析

摘　　要：目的探讨不同内固定方法治疗老年股骨粗隆骨折的临床价值。方法选取我院2010年1月至2012年1月收治的80例老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者进行临床研究。结果 观察组治疗效果明显优于治疗组,在治疗的总有效率、手术时间、手术中出血量和切口长度方面均优于对照组,P<0.05,差异显著,具有统计学意义。结论股骨近端髓内钉治疗老年股骨粗隆间骨折具有较高的临床价值,值得在医院大力推广。Objective To explore the clinical value of different internal ifxation methods for the treatment of senile femoral intertrochanteric fracture. Methods From January January to 2012 2010 in our hospital 80 cases of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture clinical study. Results The treatment group was better than the treatment group, there is efifciency, in the treatment of the total operation time, bleeding volume in operation and the length of incision was better than the control group, P＆lt;0.05, signiifcant differences, with statistical signiifcance. Conclusion Proximal femoral intramedullary nail in treatment of femoral intertrochanteric fracture in elderly patients with a high clinical value, it is worth to popularize in hospital.
