摘 要:目的探讨研究头孢西丁(FOX K-B)法对耐甲氧西林葡萄球菌(MRS)的检测价值。方法选取132株葡萄球菌,分别通过苯唑西林(OXA)琼脂平板筛选试验法、FOX K-B法以及OXA K-B法对MRS加以检测,将OXA琼脂平板筛选法的检测结果 作为标准,对比分析FOX与OXA K-B法的敏感性与特异性。结果 本组132株葡萄球菌中,74株金黄色葡萄球菌通过OXA琼脂平板筛选检测确定为耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)为30株;58株葡萄球菌属于凝固酶阴性,其中48株检测确定为耐甲氧西林凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌(MRCNS)。参考以上标准,FOX K-B法对MRSA检测的特异性、敏感性均达到100%,但OXA K-B法检测的特异性为90.91%(40/44),敏感性为93.33%(28/30)。FOX K-B法对MRCNS检测的特异性、敏感性均达到100%,但OXA K-B法检测的特异性为40.0%(4/10),敏感性为95.83%(46/48)。结论 FOX K-B发检测MRS的敏感性与特异性极高,具有极高的应用价值。Objective To explore the cefoxitin disc diffusion method for methicillin-resistant staphylococcus(MRS)test value. Method Choose 132 strains of staphylococcus, respectively by benzene azole Westwood AGAR plate screening test method, cefoxitin disc diffusion method and benzene azole Westwood detection of MRS disc diffusion method, the benzene azole Westwood method of AGAR plate screening test results as the standard, analysis of cefoxitin and benzene azole Westwood disc diffusion method, sensitivity and speciifcity. Results 132 strains of staphylococcus aureus, 74 strains of staphylococcus aureus benzene thiazole Westwood of AGAR plate screening tests identiifed as methicillin-resistant staphylococcus aureus(MRSA)is 30 strains;58 grape bacteria strains belong to coagulase negative, of which 48 strains testing identiifed as methicillin-resistant coagulase negative staphylococcus(MRCNS). Refer to the above standard, cefoxitin disc diffusion method for MRSA detection speciifcity and sensitivity of 100%, but the benzene azole Westwood disc diffusion method to detect the speciifcity was 90.91%(40/44), the sensitivity was 93.33%(28/30). The cefoxitin disc diffusion method for MRCNS detection speciifcity and sensitivity of 100%, but the benzene azole Westwood disc diffusion method to detect the speciifcity of 40.0%(4/10), the sensitivity was 95.83%(46/48). Conclusion Cefoxitin disc diffusion high detection sensitivity and speciifcity of MRS, have high application value.
