摘　　要：中国加入 WTO已进入最后阶段 ,一旦加入 ,中国将会有更多的企业去国外进行投资。为把投资风险降到最低限度 ,就必须建立完善的海外投资保险法律制度。本文从主体、客体、内容以及体系等方面 。It is in the last phase for China to enter WTO.By the time,many more enterprises of our country will go investing abroad.In order to minimize the investment risks,it is necessary to build up a perfect legal system of our foreign investment insurance.This article,from such spheres as the main body,the object,the content and the system,proposes its own approach to the construction of the legal system of our foreign investment insurance.
