摘 要:以聚铝碳硅烷、苯酚、甲醛及碱金属催化剂为主要原材料,制备了一种酚醛胶黏剂,并借助热分析仪(TGA)、扫描电镜(SEM)、万能拉力机对改性酚醛胶黏剂固化行为、耐热及力学性能进行了测试分析。结果表明:添加10%聚铝碳硅烷改性的酚醛胶黏剂常温力学性能为18MPa,600℃处理后剪切强度为4MPa,保持率达22.2%,具有较好的耐热性能。A kind of modified phenol-formaldehyde adhesive was synthesized with using polyaluminocarbosilane, phenol, formaldehyde and alkali metal catalyst as raw materials and the curing behavior, heat resistance and mechanical performances of this adhesive were analyzed by DSC,TGA and SEM. The results showed that the heat resistance of this phenol-formaldehyde adhesive modified by adding 10% polyaluminocarbosilane was well, and its mechanical performance at room temperature was 18MPa, shearing strength was 4MPa after 600℃ high temperature treatment and the mechanical strength retention rate was 22.2%.
