摘　　要：介绍一种室外两芯光缆连接器,重点阐述结构设计、技术难点、解决措施和关键工艺技术。该连接器采用键槽定位结构,能在较小的空间实现快速对接,施工过程简单方便;连接器具有很好的光学性能和机械性能,适用于各种室外环境,能构建数据、图像、话音等通信通道;连接器设计采用标准件和结构简单的零件,成本有效降低,具有较强的市场竞争力。A two-core optical cable connector for outdoor use is introduced. Its configuration design, technical difficulties, solutions, and key technologies are emphatically elaborated. The connector adopts key-way locating structure, is able to realize fast joint in a small space, and features simple and convenient construction. The connector has good optical and mechanical properties, is suitable for all kinds of outdoor environment, and can set up the communications route for data, image, and voice etc. The design of the connector adopts standard parts and simple parts, leading to the effectively reduced cost, and stronger market competitiveness.
