摘  要:采用SIMA法制备了ZCuSnl0锡青铜等轴晶试样,然后进行450℃保温15min后自由锻或室温2道次、4道次轧制,最后在800℃和850℃保温10min后水淬处理。将SIMA法制备的合金组织与铸态直接重熔保温后水淬和常规退火处理的ZCuSnl0锡青铜组织进行了比较。结果表明,采用SIMA法能获得共析组织不超过16%的ZCuSnl0锡青铜等轴晶组织,相比常规退火及铸态直接重熔工艺,其平均晶粒直径从250~300μm减小到80~90/μm,形状因子从1.97减小到1.75;用SIMA法制备ZCuSnl0锡青铜等轴晶组织,预变形过程对晶粒细化及球化起到了关键作用,随着预变形量和重熔保温温度提高,ZCuSnl0锡青铜组织晶粒尺寸减小,圆整度提高,共析组织比例增加。The ZCuSnlO tin bronze with equiaxed grain structure was prepared by strain induced melt activated method such as forging-remelting or rolling-remelting process. Firstly, ZCuSnlO tin bronze was poured, and samples were cut from ingot. Secondly, the samples were cool-rolled with two passes or four passes, or forged after holding at 450 ℃ for 15 minutes, then the samples prepared were heated up to 800 ℃ or 850 ℃ for 10 minutes, and then quenched in water. The microstructure of the alloy prepared by SIMA method was compared with annealed microstructure and cast microstructure of ZCuSnl0 tin bronze directly reheated then water quenched. The results indicate that equiaxed structure of ZCuSnl0 tin bronze can be obtained by SIMA process, in which volume fraction of eutectoid structure is 16% at most. Comparing with annealed microstructure and cast microstructure of ZCuSnl0 tin bronze directly reheated then water quenched, the average grain diameter is decreased to 80-90 μm from 250-300μm, and shape factor is decreased to 1.75 from 1.97. Deformation process plays a critical role in grain refinement and spheroidization during SIMA process for preparing the equiaxed structure of ZCuSnl0 tin bronze. With deformation or remelting temperature increases, the size and shape of solid phase in microstructure of ZCuSnl0 tin bronze are decreased and spheroidized increasingly, and volume fraction of eutectoid structure is increased.
