摘　　要：报告1例类脂质蛋白沉积症。患儿女,11岁。声嘶,眼睑串珠样丘疹,面部痘疮样瘢痕,皮损组织病理学检查可见真皮浅中层血管及附属器周围见无定形透明蛋白样物质沉积,PAS染色结果阳性,符合类脂质蛋白沉积症改变。We report a case of lipoid proteinosis. The patient was an l 1-year-old girl, she presented with beaded papules on the upper eyelid, vacciniform scars on the face, and hoarseness. The histopathological examination of the skin specimen showed that amorphous hyaline material deposited on the capillaries of mid-dermis and appendage with PAS-positiw~.
