摘  要:采用理学3015型X射线衍射仪对阳极钢爪腐蚀层进行了物相分析。应用FactSage软件计算了阳极钢爪可能发生的化学反应的Δr GθT,并绘制了Δr GθT-T图。分析了阳极钢爪的腐蚀机理,主要是侵蚀和氧化腐蚀。对防止钢爪腐蚀方法进行了利弊讨论,得出现有方法都没有有效解决钢爪腐蚀问题。着重介绍了等离子喷涂制备Al2O3陶瓷涂层的方法,该方法同时解决了钢爪被电解质熔液冲刷、侵蚀和被电解烟气氧化腐蚀的问题。Compositions of corrosion layer of anode steel stubs are analyzed by Rigaku - 3015 X - ray diffraetometer in the paper,△r GT^θ of possible chemical reactions of anode stubs are calculated with software FactSage, and diagrams of △r Gθt - T for the chemical reactions in this system versus temperature are plotted. The corrosion mechanism of anode stubs is analyzed, which main are erosion and oxidation corrosion. The advantages and disadvantages of anticor- rosive methods of anode stubs are discussed. Current methods are not effectively solving problems of corrosion of anode stubs. Method of Al2O3 ceramic coating with plasma spraying is introduced specially. The problems that anode stubs are scoured and eroded by electrolyte solution and oxidation with electrolytic gas are concurrently solved by method of Al2O3 ceramic coating with plasma spraying.
