摘 要:为了提高2519铝合金的耐腐蚀性,通过浸入法在铝合金表面制备一层聚苯乙烯涂层。采用扫描电镜(SEM)和X射线能量散射谱(EDS)分析了表面形貌和成分,通过电化学极化曲线和电化学阻抗谱(EIS)研究了聚苯乙烯涂层的耐腐蚀性能以及样品的腐蚀机制。预处理后铝合金试样的腐蚀电流密度要比铝合金裸样低1个数量级,而腐蚀电位正移了20 mV。In order to improve the corrosion resistance of 2519 A1 alloy, a thin layer of polystyrene (PS) film was prepared on its surface. Scanning electron microscope (SEM) and energy dispersive X-ray analysis (EDS) were used to observe the surface morphology and analyze elemental of the film. The corrosion protection properties of the film and the corrosion process of the samples were investigated by electrochemical polarization test and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The corrosion current density of the pretreated sample is one order of magnitude lower than that of bare sample and the corrosion potential positively shifts about 20 mV.
