摘  要:通过50k真空炉冶炼不同含量铌钒复合的矿用锚杆钢,经中试轧制后,研究了铌钒含量对低碳微合金钢的组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明:铌钒复合锚杆钢比钒微合金锚杆钢的屈强比低0.3~0.4.晶粒度高0.5~1级。晶粒细化明显,易出现贝氏体,但经低温轧制+超快冷技术即可达到500MPa级性能要求。采用0.026%铌+0.03%V含量铌钒复合替代0.07%-0.08%V生产可获得高强度更高安全性能的低碳微合金锚杆钢。Different niobium and vanadium compound of low carbon micro-alloyed steel was smelted by 50 kg small furnace, the influence of different niobium and vanadium content on the microstructure and mechanical properties of low carbon micro-alloyed steel was studied. The results show that the yield ratio of niobium and vanadium compound is lower about 0.3-0.4 than that of Vanadium, and the batinite structure easily appears. By low temperature rolling and rapid cooling technology, this performance reaches 500 MPa. 0.07%-0.08% vanadium was replaced with 0.026% niobium+0.03% vanadium and high safety performance mining steel anchor was acquired.
