摘 要:研究了普通热处理和预高温退火以两种不同方式冷却后再进行普通退火,这三种热处理工艺对大尺寸TC4锻件组织及性能的影响。结果表明:采用普通退火,抗拉强度及屈服强度较低,不能满足标准要求,断裂韧性高达70 MPa·m1/2左右;在普通退火前进行一次预备高温退火处理,且调整高温退火后的冷却方式,抗拉强度及屈服强度得到明显提高,同时,断裂韧性也能达到标准要求。The effects of three kinds of heat treatment processing on microstmcture and mechanical properties of TC4 forging were studied, which were direct ordinary annealing and after beforehand high temperature annealing cooled in two cooling modes then ordinary annealing. The results show that: after direct ordinary annealing, tensile strength and yield strength are low, and cannot satisfy the standards required, and fracture toughness reaches up to 70 MPa. mla; after increasing high temperature annealing before ordinary annealing and adjusting cooling mode after high temperature annealing, tensile strength and yield strength are significantly improved and fracture toughness can also meet the standards required.
