摘  要:对低碳钢进行高温淬火处理,获得低碳马氏体组织。通过电化学性能试验,比较研究了马氏体组织和铁素体+珠光体两种组织对低碳钢在酸性Cl-浓度溶液中耐蚀性的影响。结果表明,与轧制F+P组织相比,在试验溶液中,具有马氏体组织的钢线性极化率和交流阻抗值略有提高,挂片腐蚀试验测得的年平均腐蚀率略有提高。The effects of heat treatment on corrosion resistance of low carbon steel in the acid solution with high chloride solution were investigated through microstructure observation and electrochemical tests. The results show: compared with equilibrium microstructure ferrite and pearlite obtained from forged, martensite is observed under high temperature quenching. The linear polarizability and impedence value of the steel with martensite microstructure in the acid solution with high chloride concentration are improved by contrast with that of the steel with equilibrium microstructure. Furthermore, the corrosion resistence of the steel after quenching is also improved slightly.
