摘　　要：云南沾益化肥厂采用造气炉夹套锅炉处理尿素蒸氨废液、尿素水解废液和甲醇废液。通过各方面的试验证实 ,该处理方法不会引起造气炉夹套的腐蚀及影响煤气的成份 ,对生产无影响 。Yunnan Zhanyi Chemical Ferilizer Plant uses its gasifier jacket boiler to treat wastewater from ammonia evaporation in urea production, wastewater from urea hydrolysis and methanol wastewater. Experiments on various aspects prove that this treatment method will not lead to corrosion of the gasifier jacket, nor impair the gas composition, will not affect production, and will give good economic benefit.
