摘　　要：目的：了解南充地区市场贩售蟾蜍感染曼氏迭宫绦虫裂头蚴的情况.方法：于2013年7月从南充市场采购蟾蜍,经编号和称重后,检查和分离寄生于蟾蜍体内的裂头蚴,并记录虫体寄生部位和虫体数.结果：共采购蟾蜍112只,其中阳性13只,阳性率为11.61%;共检获裂头蚴38条,多数虫体（73.69%）寄生于后腿肌肉;阳性蟾蜍平均感染数为2.92条,其中以85.1~95 g这一体重段感染率最高,达18.52%,平均感染数为5.2条.结论：南充地区市场贩售蟾蜍体内存在曼氏迭宫绦虫裂头蚴感染,对人群有潜在致病威胁。Objective：Understand the prevalence of Spirometra mansoni sparganum in toads in Nanchong area.Methods：The toads were obtained from the market in Nanchong in July,2013.After weighed and numbered,the spargana in the toads were examined and separated,and the amount of the spargana and their location were recorded.Results：The natural infection rate of spargana infection in toads was 11.61%（13/112）.Totally 38 spargana were isolated in these toads,most of them（73.69%） were isolated from the muscle of the hind-leg,and the average number was 2.92 per toad.The highest infection rate（18.52%） occurred in the group which weighed 85.1～95 g,and the average number was 5.2 per toad.Conclusion：The toads in Nanchong area were widely infected by Spirometra mansoni sparganum,which were a potential threat to citizens of Nanchong area.
