摘　　要：目的:克隆并鉴定斑马鱼cdh5基因,为研究cdh5在血管生成和造血发育中的作用奠定基础。方法:收集斑马鱼胚胎,提取斑马鱼全胚胎的总RNA,经体外逆转录制备成cDNA,通过RT-PCR方法克隆斑马鱼cdh5基因,克隆出的目的片段通过酶切和测序进行鉴定。结果:成功提取符合实验要求的斑马鱼总RNA,并克隆出cdh5全长,测序后比对正确。结论:成功克隆cdh5全长序列。Objective： To clone and identify the cdh5 gene to lay a good foundation for study the role of cdh5 in angiogenesis and hematopoietie development in zebrafish. Methods： Total RNA was extrac- ted from embryos of zebrafish in different development stages by trizol. The eDNA was prepared through reverse transcription in vitro. The gene of cdh5 was cloned by RT-PCR and identified by gene sequencing. Results： The total RNA was extracted from zebrafish and met the test requirements. The whole length of cdh5 was cloned and evaluated as correct through gene sequencing. Conclusion： The total sequence of cdh5 is cloned successfully.
