摘　　要：结合聚酯装置的特点 ,用数学方法建立了浆料罐及各反应器在非稳态下的催化剂浓度简化模型 ,并进行了应用。在预缩Ⅰ测压管处补加定量的催化剂可使其内催化剂浓度基本稳定在适宜范围内 ,使反应体系在最短时间内恢复正常。Combine with the characters of polyester equipment,using mathematical method,the catalyst concentration simplify model of slurry tank and different reactor in an unsteady state was build and the model has been applied.During prepolycondensation I adding ration catalyst at the manometric tube place,then the catalyst concentration can be stabilize in a suitable scope.The react system can be return to normal in a short time.
