广州市暗娼嫖客收教人员性病感染情况分析

摘　　要：目的：了解广州市暗娼嫖客收教人员的性病感染情况。方法：选取2005～2011年间广州市公安局收容教育所共3076名暗娼（ FSWs）及嫖客收教人员，调查其人口学特征，进行HIV、淋病、梅毒等性病的临床和实验室检查。结果：3076名学员中，324人患1种性病，8名女性学员同时患2种性病，1名女性学员同时患3种性病，总感染率为10.83％。共检出各类性病343例，性病检出率为11.15％（343／3076），以梅毒检出率最高为6.05％（186／3076），其次为尖锐湿疣2.34％（72／3076）和滴虫感染1.33％（41／3076）， HIV 阳性检出率为0.19％（6／3076）。男女性病检出率分别为4.17％（48／1150）和15.32％（295／1926），差异有统计学意义（χ^2=90.24，P＜0.01）。2005～2011年性病检出率总体呈稳中下降的趋势，2011年检出率较2005年下降了56.95％。结论：广州市暗娼嫖客性病感染情况仍然不容忽视，以梅毒的危害性最为严重，应加强对该人群的健康教育和行为干预。Objective：To investigate the sexually transmitted diseases （STDs） among female sex workers（FSWs） and their clients in Guangzhou. Methods：A total of 3 076 subjects including FSWs and their clients from Guangzhou Public Security System were selected from 2005 to 2011. The demography information was collected, and some clinical and laboratory tests for HIV and other sexually transmitted diseases were carried out. Results ：Among the 3 076 subjects ,324 individuals （ 10.53% ） were infected by one kind of STDs, and 9 females presented multiple STDs. The STDs positive rate was i I. 5% （343/3 076 ）, sequentially shown as syphilis （6. 05%, 186/3 076 ）, condyloma acuminatum （2. 34%, 72/3 076）, trichomonas vaginalis infection （1.33%, 41/3 076）, and the HIV （0. 19%, 6/3 076 ）. The STDs frequency of male and female were g. 17% （48/1 150） and 15.32% （295/1 926） respectively, which showed significant differences statisti- cally（X^2 = 90. 24, P 〈 0. 01 ）. The STDs prevalence among FSWs and their clients generally showed a steadily declining trend from 2005 to 2011, and the incidence rate in 2011 decreased by 56.95% comparing to that in 2005. Conclusion ：The STDs prevalence among FSWs and their cli-ents still couldn＇t be ignored, and the most serious and harmful STD was syphilis. The work of health education and behavior intervention should be strengthened.
