肾结核的超声造影表现分析

摘　　要：目的探讨肾结核的超声造影表现特征。方法对52例肾结核患者进行超声造影,观察肾结核的超声造影特点。结果肾结核超声造影主要表现为3种类型,Ⅰ型:肾实质部单个无增强区,其余部分为均匀增强;Ⅱ型:肾盏和(或)肾盂部无增强,其余部分为均匀增强;Ⅲ型:肾内部不均匀增强,呈"蜂窝样"增强或"分隔样"增强。结论超声造影在肾结核的诊断中具有一定优势,为其诊断提供了一种客观、有效的方法。Objective To explore the characteristics of renal tuberculosis with contrast-enhanced ultrasound （CEUS）. Methods Fifty-two patients of renal tuberculosis were studied with CEUS. The enhancement of echogenici ty was evaluated. Results Contrast-enhanced ultrasound mainly demonstrated three cases. The type of I presented no enhancement with a single zone and the rest of renal parenchyma showed homogeneous enhancement. The type of II displayed no enhancement with the renal pelvis and （or） calices and the other of renal parenchyma showed homogene- ous enhancement. The type of 11] distributed uneven enhancement and reflected the different intensity in the all area, showed as honeycomb enhancement and separated enhancement. Conclusions The technology of CEUS can improve the diagnostic accuracy of renal tuberculosis and provide an objective and effective imaging diagnostic method for clini cal diagnosis.
