摘　　要：良好的软组织侧貌在很大程度上依赖于鼻-唇-颏软组织的协调。影响鼻-唇-颏软组织侧貌的因素包括生长发育、种族及地域差异、性别、硬组织、正畸及正颌治疗。文中针对这些影响因素展开综述,以指导正畸医师在临床工作中对软组织侧貌的变化作出准确的预测。To a great extent, the pleasing soft tissue profile is dependent on the harmony of nose-lip-chin relationship. A lot of factors including growth and development, ethnicity, gender, hard tissue, orthodontic treatment and orthognathic surgery can influence the nose-lip-chin soft tissue profile. This review discusses these factors in order to guide orthodontists make accurate prediction about soft tissue changes in clinical practice.
