摘　　要：近年来辅助生殖技术的成功率不断提高,但是着床失败、生化妊娠和流产这三种体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)失败情况仍占相当大比例。本文就三者的概念、产生原因、及预后进行综述,旨在为降低其发生率、改善IVF-ET的临床结局提供一定的参考资料。In recent years, although the success rate of in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer （IVF-ET）technology continues to improve,but implantation failure, biochemical pregnancy, abortion still account for a considerable proportion. This review aims at addressing the issue of conception, causes, process and prognosis of the three different conditions in order to reduce these incidences, and improve the outcome of IVF-ET.
