摘 要:目前,胚胎反复植入失败是辅助生殖技术面临的一个严峻挑战,它主要是由胚胎染色体异常和子宫内膜容受性遭到破坏所致。然而,在子宫内膜健全的情况下,异常胚胎亦能成功植入,因此子宫内膜容受性在胚胎植入过程中起到关键作用。但是,子宫内膜容受性建立的机制极其复杂,不仅受到卵巢性激素的影响,而且需要子宫内膜和胚胎分泌的细胞因子、粘附分子等对其进行调节。本文介绍了胚胎植入的具体过程,并依次从调节机制、临床评估、改善方法以及与子宫内膜容受性有关的新进展等方面对子宫内膜容受性相关内容进行综述,以明晰子宫内膜容受性在反复植入失败中的重要性。Currently,repeated implantation failure is a serious challenge in the assisted reproductive technology. It is mainly caused by embryonic chromosomal abnormalities and endometrial receptivity destruction. However,in the case of sound endometrium, abnormal embryos can implant successfully, which indicates that endometrial receptivity plays an important role in the process of embryo implantation. The mechanism of establishment of endometrial receptivity is extremely complex,and it is influenced by ovarian hormones,adjusted by adhesion molecules and cytokines secreted by endometrium and embryo. This article reviews the details of embryo implantation process, endometrial receptivity from the point of view of adjustment mechanism, clinical evaluation, and method improvement to reveal the role of endometrial receptivity in embryo implantation failure.
