芪芍安胃胶囊的质量标准研究

摘　　要：目的 建立芪芍安胃胶囊的质量标准.方法采用薄层色谱法对处方中黄芪、白芍和甘草进行鉴别;用高效液相色谱法测定制剂中芍药苷的含量,采用Phenomenex C18 Gemini（250×4.6 mm,5 μm）色谱柱,柱温为室温,以乙腈-0.2%磷酸溶液（22∶78）为流动相;流速为1.0 ml/min;检测波长：231 nm流速1 ml/min.结果 薄层色谱专属性强;芍药苷的线性范围为0.0542～0.542μg,r＝0.9991,平均加样回收率为98.33%,RSD＝1.1%（n＝5）.结论 该方法简便、准确,重现性好,可作为芪芍安胃胶囊的质量控制标准.Objective： To establish the quality standard for Qishaoanwei capsules. Methods： Radix Astragali, Radix Paeoniae Alba, Fruetus Lycii in this prescription were identified by TLC. The content of the Paconiflorin was determined by HPLC. The column of Phenomcnex C18 Gemini（250 × 4.6 mm,5 μm）was used, the mobile phase was Acetonitrilc - 0.2% phosphoric acid solution （22： 78）, at the flow of 1.0 ml/min, the column temperature of 30 ℃, and peaks were detected at 231nm. Results： The characteristic of identification by TLC was distinct and highly specific. The linear range of Paeoniflorin was 0.0542 ~0. 542 μg, r =0.9991, the average recovery was 98.33%, RSD = 1.1% （n =5）. Conclusion： The method is easy to operate~ with accurate result and good reproducibility, which can be used effectively for the quality control of this preparation .
