泰山大枣解酒口服液的研制及功效探究

摘　　要：目的研究泰山大枣解酒口服液各成分最佳配比、用口服液方法及时间以达到最佳解酒功效。方法将各成分通过正交试验L9(34)得9种复方药液,利用小鼠醉酒翻正试验,得出配方最佳用量;利用紫外分光光度法分别测定小鼠服用口服液及酒先后血液中ADH的活性来确定用口服液方法;于酒前梯度时间给口服液,用顶空气相色谱法测血液中乙醇含量确定最佳用口服液时间。结果以大枣提取液100 ml(0.2 g/ml)、四药材混合100 ml(0.2 g/ml)、蜂蜜9 ml组配效果最佳;先口服液后酒组,吸光度最高,在0.824左右;酒前30 min给口服液血中乙醇含量最低,在0.354 mg/ml左右。结论在饮酒前30 min饮用泰山大枣解酒口服液,起到快速、有效的解酒效果。Objective：To study the best ratio of each component, oral Liquid methods and oral liquid time of Taishan jujube antialcoholism oral to achieve the best antialcoholism effect. Methods： Obtained 9 kinds of liquid compound by orthogonal test L9 （34） ,using mouse drunk righting test to determine the best formula dose; Activities of ADH in the blood of mice before and after taking the alcohol and the compound oral Liquid, measured by UV spectrophotometer, are to determine better oral Liquid method; using headspace gas chromatography method to measure blood alcohol content to determine the best treatment time by administering in gradient time before the wine. Results： Combination of jujube extract 20 g/100 ml, four herbs mixed 20 g/100 ml, and the 9 ml group of honey gives the best results; wine group after the first oral Liquid has the highest absorbance, about 0.824; and administering 30 min before wine has minimum blood alcohol content, which isabout 0.354 mg/ml . Conclusion： Take the Taishan jujube antialcoholism oral 30 min before drinking. This helps the oral liquid play fast and effective antialcoholism effect.
