摘 要:目的分析及评价数字胃肠机对消化道造影中的应用价值。方法选取我院消化内科患者30例,随机平均分为两组,每组15例,分别标记为对照组、观察组。对照组患者给予传统胃肠机,观察组给予数字胃肠机。观察两组消化道造影情况。结果对照组甲级片占13.33%,乙级片66.67%,废片占20.00%,平均秩次为20.80;观察组甲级片占80.00%,乙级片占20.00%,无废片,平均秩次为10.20,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论数字化胃肠机应用于消化道造影中可以提高消化道疾病的诊出率,具有很大的临床应用价值。Objective:To evaluate and analyse the application value of Digital gastrointestinal machine in gastrointestinal contrast.Methods: 30 patients in the Gastroenterology of our hospital were randomly divided into two groups with 15 cases each, labeled as the control group, the observation group. The control group were treated with traditional gastrointestinal machine, the observation group were given digital gastrointestinal machine.Gastrointestinal contrast of two groups were observed. Results: The grade A chip rate of the control group was 13.33%,grade B chip 66.67%, waste chip 20.00%and mean rank was 20.80; the grade A chip rate of the observation group was 80.00%,grade B chip 20.00%, waste chip 0.00%and mean rank was 10.20,he difference between the two groups had statistic significance, P〈0.05. Conclusion: Digital gastrointestinal machine used in gastrointestinal imaging can improve gastrointestinal disease diagnosed, has great clinical value.
