摘　　要：目的探讨输尿管软镜下钬激光碎石术治疗肾结石的护理配合并制定该手术配合常规。方法对16例行输尿管软镜下钬激光碎石术的术前准备工作、术中护理配合要点、术毕仪器设备、器械的保养工作进行分析总结。结果 16例患者中15例治疗成功,1例失败,一期结石清除率为99%,均未发生并发症。结论术前对专科组做好新业务的培训、按常规制订周详的手术配合计划,是保证手术顺利进行及成功的关键。Objective：To investigate the rules of nursing cooperation of Holmium laser with flexible ureteroscope on the treatment of renal calculus. Methods： Sixteen patients underwent Holmium laser with flexible ureteroscope on the treatment of renal calculus were studied in the preoperative preparation, intraoperative nursing cooperation and postoperative instrumental maintenance aspects. Results： The operative successful rate was 99% （15/16）. There was no complication occurred. Conclusions： The preoperative faculty training and the nursing plan obey the rules are key points for the operation succeed.
