三江源地区全民健身体育现状研究

摘　　要：采用问卷调查、实地走访等方法对三江源地区全民健身体育活动状况进行了相关调查后发现,三江源地区居民参与体育活动的形式以跑步、民间舞蹈、球类为主,参加"磕头"、"转过拉"等宗教佛事活动比较频繁,体育场地器材缺乏严重、缺乏专业体育人士的指导等.提出了进一步挖掘整理民族民间体育资源,加大体育场地器材设施的投入,尽快建立社区体育服务体系等对策建议.Based on the questionnaire and on-site investigation the status of the sports activities in the areas of the Three Rivers , the author finds out that the dwellers from of the main sports activities are jogging, folk dance and ball games. And they also take part in some religious and Buddhist activities called ＂Kou tou＂, ＂Zhuan guola＂. The factors that affect the participation in sports activities also include the shortage of sports facilities, the lack of guidance of professionals. So the article offers some suggestions and counter-measures for the development of the national fitness program in these areas： to develop the sports resources in these areas, and to establish the community sports service systems.
