一例森林盗伐案件林木材积的调查与估算

摘　　要：利用盗伐现场遗留树桩根径,同被滥林地环境、林相一致的林地树木高度、胸径、根径,建立被盗林地树木根径与胸径回归模型是D1.3=3.621＋0.617D0,并利用一元材积表、二元材积表、平均实验形数法、平均实验形数整体估算法估算被盗林木材积分别为81.677、94.4795、97.3763、94.0212 m3,建议被盗林木材积估算值为94.021～97.3763 m3.Regression model between ground diameter and DBH was developed as D1.3=3. 621 ＋ 0. 617D0 by considering the stumps left by illegal logging as well as the surrounding trees＇ height, DBH and ground diameters. Local volume table, standard volume table and experimental form factor were applied to estimate the illegally logged volume as respectively 81. 677 m3 , 94. 4795 m3 , 97. 3763 m3and 94. 0212m3. The volume of the illegal logging is generally estimated in a range of 94. 021 m？ - 97. 3763 m3.
