摘　　要：《理想国》探究的主题是宪法,宪法除指城邦的宪法之外,还指灵魂的宪法。统治者灵魂的宪法的好坏是城邦宪法好坏的关键,对坏的城邦宪法进行拯救的唯一方法是教育,教育即是在统治者灵魂中建立好的宪法。通过从灵魂的宪法来思考城邦的宪法,《理想国》不仅思考人的整全,还思考了人类生活的整全,它对反思现代宪法的危机仍具有重要的参考价值。The topic of questing in Republic is constitution , apart from city’s constitution , which also re-fers to soul ’ s constitution .The city’s constitution is good or bad , the key lies in the soul ’ constitution of the ruler is good or bad .The only way to save the bad city’s constitution is education , which establishes good constitution in the ruler ’ s soul .Thinking city’s constitution through soul ’ s constitution , Republic think not only the whole of man, but also the whole of man life ,which has significant reference value for reflection on the crisis of modern constitution .
