摘 要:采用带毒培养基-菌丝生长速率法,以多菌灵为对照药剂,进行20%寡聚酸碘对稻瘟病菌(Magnaporthe oryzae)菌丝生长抑制效果测定.结果表明,该药剂对稻瘟病菌的生长具有明显的抑制作用,且表现出明显的量效关系.20%寡聚酸碘167倍稀释液和5.0 μg/mL多菌灵对稻瘟病菌菌丝生长的抑制效果最好,相对菌丝生长抑制率达100.00%.随着稀释倍数的增加,20%寡聚酸碘对稻瘟病菌的抑制效果降低,在167~1 000稀释倍数范围内,20%寡聚酸碘对稻瘟病菌菌丝生长的抑制率高于2.5 μg/mL多菌灵,且在0.05水平有显著差异.Using Carbendazim (99% purity) as the control medicament,the inhabtory effect of 20% iodine oligosaccharide acides on Magnaporthe oryzae was studied by method of mycelial growth inhibition.The results showed that this agent had significant inhabitory effect on the mycelial growth of M.oryzae with significant dose-effect relationship.20% iodine oligosaccharide acides diluted 167 times had the same inhabitory effect with 5.0 μg/mL carbendazim,and the relative mycelial growth inhibition rate was 100.0%.As the dilution factor increased,the inhabitory effect of 20% iodine oligosaccharide acides decreased.Between 167 and 1 000 diluted times,the bacteriostatic effect of 20% iodine oligosaccharide acides was better than that of 2.5 μg/mL carbendazim at P=-0.05 level.
