摘　　要：通过从活禽市场上取鸽子泄殖腔拭子,分离鉴定了4株空肠弯曲杆菌(Campylobater jejuni)菌株,PCR调查发现,4株菌株均具有细胞膨胀毒素等9个重要的毒力相关因子。选取其中2株进行毒力基因序列分析,序列比对结果显示该鸽子源空肠弯曲杆菌的毒力基因序列与已测序的同时从人和禽屠宰场中分离到的空肠弯曲杆菌M1株的毒力基因相似度最高。Campylobacteriosis was a popular zoonosis around the world,and Campylobater jejuni was one of the most important pathogen of campylobacteriosis.4 strains of C.jejuni were isolated and identified from the cloacal swab of pigeons.9 virulence factors were found in the 4 strains isolated by PCR.The sequences of virulence factors in 2 of 4 isolated C.jejuni were analysed.The results showed that it had high similarity to C.jejuni M1 strain,both isolated from human and slaughterhouse.
