摘 要:在种猪群伪狂犬病野毒(gE)抗体监测的第一阶段,进行了不同检测单位的比对试验。对来自71个个体间隔1周的两次血清样本进行检测,2个检测机构之间的gE抗体阳性符合率分别为35.71%、45.45%,总体检测符合率分别为87.32%、91.55%;2个检测机构各自的gE抗体阳性符合率分别为40.00%、75.00%,总体检测符合率分别为87.32%、97.18%。表明在猪群进行伪狂犬病野毒感染鉴定的初期,有必要对检测单位进行筛选。The comparison of the detection results from different authorities were carried out on the first stage of antibody supervision for PRV wild virus in breeding pigs.The serum samples were collected from 71 individuals and each individual was sampled twice at one week interval.The results showed that the positive coincidences of the gE antibody between the two authorities were 35.71% and 45.45%,respectively.The total detection coincidences were 87.32% and 91.55%,respectively.The positive coincidences of the gE antibody between the two detections of each authority were 40.00% and 75.00%,respectively.And the total detection coincidences were 87.32% and 97.18%,respectively.It indicated that it was necessary to screen the detection authority in the first stage of detecting PRV wild virus on pigs.
