摘  要:通过电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)建立了卷烟水基胶中Cr、Ni、Cd、Pb的定量分析方法.采用微波消解法处理样品,以Ge、In、Bi为内标,利用动态反应池技术消除ArC离子对Cr的干扰.所测元素线性相关系数均在0.999 8以上,检出限为0.012~0.044 μg/L,定量限为0.041~0.145 μg/L,加标回收率为83.0%~114.0%.样品中重金属含量低,Cd未检出.该方法准确度高、简单快速,适合水基胶中4种元素的检测.A new method for detecting Cr,Ni,Cd and Pb in adhesives of tobacco was developed with inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS).The samples were prepared by microwave digestion and analyzed using Ge,In,Bi as internal standards.Dynamic reaction cell (DRC) were applied to eliminate ArC interferences to Cr.The correlation coefficients of standard curves were all more than 0.999 8.Limits of detection were between 0.012~0.044 μg/L,and limits of quantification were between 0.041~0.145 μg/L.The spike recoveries ranged from 83.0% to 114.0%.Cd was not detected in any sample,and other heavy metals were low.This method was accurate and rapid for detecting Cr,Ni,Cd,Pb in adhesives.
