中国农村基础设施建设的生态保护效应分析——以垃圾房和沼气池为例

摘　　要：以垃圾房和沼气池为例,主要从农民生活方面运用计量模型考察了农村基层设施建设对农村生态环境的影响。研究表明,垃圾房和沼气池对农村生态环境保护具有正向的促进作用;农村基于环境保护的基础设施建设覆盖率不高,农民缺乏进行环保行为的载体;农民的环保意识不强,对于有利于环境的基础设施建设认识水平有限。Taking Garbage Chamber and Biogas Digester as an example,econometric mode was used to analyze the effects of rural infrastructure construction on rural ecological environment.Results showed that garbage chamber and biogas digester had a positive effect on protecting rural environment.The coverage rate of environment-protective rural infrastructure is too low that peasants can not scientifically deal with living waste.Peasants＇ environmental awareness is not strong that they can not realize the function of the rural infrastructure established.
