摘  要:脑研究是近年世界科学研究的中心问题之一,神经信息是贯穿多层次脑科学研究的一个纽带。由于大脑的高度复杂性,国际上启动了多个重大的脑科学计划,如何协调相关研究并整合其研究成果,真正为促进人类进步有所贡献,必须要有一个良好的协作平台和组织机构来协调各个单位与团队的研究。本文就国际性的神经信息学协调创新框架现状和国内情况及需求做了分析,并结合现状对搭建中国神经信息协调创新框架,提出了若干建议与构想。In recent years, brain research has been the core in the scientific research and neural information serves as a link for multi-level researches of brain science. Due to high complexity of brain, several key brain sci- ence programs that aim at advancing the cause of human progress are being carried out simultaneously throughout the world. For the purpose of coordination of these pro- grams, integration of their research achievements and sharing of the achievements among all people all over the world, a fully-functioning coordinatingfacility as well as a specialized institution should be established to serve the organizations and groups involved in these pro- grams. This paper firstly analyzes current status of the coordination mechanism for neuroinformatics both in the world and in China. Then, the domestic demands for the coordinating facility are investigated. Finally, sug- gestions and ideas for construction of the domestic coor- dinatingfacility for neuroinformatics are put forward.
