摘　　要：地方基础研究已成为我国发展基础研究不可或缺的重要力量,本文以浙江省自然科学基金为例,通过对地方科学基金管理工作实践、举措及成效的分析,探讨了科学基金制在地方层面的运用与完善,反映了地方基础研究对区域科技创新的重要作用。Local basic research has become an important part of basic research in China. With Zhejiang provincial natural science foundation as an example, this paper studies the application and improvement of science foundation system on the local level, through analysis on management and function of local science founda- tion. The analysis shows local basic research plays an important role in regional science and technology inno- vation.
