摘　　要：涂布纸会因为含水量不同而收缩量不同,通过测量纸张的收缩量就可以监控涂料的质量和用量。论述一种基于线阵CCD传感器和计数器的在线测量监控系统。分析了TCD1209线阵CCD传感器的驱动信号并设计了脉宽测量的接口信号。给出了一种利用中断和计数器来测量脉冲宽度的方法。通过系统反复测量验证了该方法的可行性,并同时给出了使用该方法测量的误差范围。The coated paper will shrink differently because of different water content, so meas- uring the shrinkage of the paper can monitor th discusses one kind of on line monitoring system drive signals of TCD1209 linear CCD sensor and width measurement. It also gives the method to e quality and amount of coating. This article based on linear CCD sensor. It analyzes the gives the design of interface signals for pulses measure the pulse width by using interrupts and counters. Repeated measurements of the system verify the feasibility of the method, and it gives the error range by using this measurement method at the same time.
