摘 要:通过电化学方法,研究了聚天冬氨酸(PASP)及其与钼酸钠和十二烷基硫酸钠复配对碳钢在自来水中的缓蚀性能。结果表明:缓蚀效率随PASP浓度的增加而增大。当PASP浓度为1.0g/L时,缓蚀率达61.4%;单独使用0.1g/L聚天冬氨酸时,缓蚀率只有25.8%,当添加0.1g/L PASP与钼酸钠0.1g/L进行复配时,缓蚀率提高到73.95%;当添加0.1g/L的PASP与十二烷基硫酸钠0.05g/L复配时,缓蚀率提高到70.71%。PASP与钼酸钠和十二烷基硫酸钠的复配均具有正协同作用。Inhibition effect of Polyaspartic acid and its mixture with molybdate inhibitor and Sodium dodecylsulfate has been investigated for carbon steel in tap water with electrochemical method. The tests show that the inhibition efficiency of PASP increases significantly with the increasing PASP concentration. The inhibitor efficiency reaches as high as 61.4 % with the PASP concentration of 1.0g/L. When PASP is 0.1g/L, the inhibitor efficiency is 25.8%.The maximum inhibition efficiency is found at 73.95 % when PASP is combined with molyb- date at the same concentration (0. lg/L) ; when 0. lg/L of PASP is combined with 0.05g/L of SDS, it is 70.71%, which indicates a positive synergistic effect.
